This course works either as a next step in your journey following on from our New Manager Skills course – Part 1 or as a refresher for those who have a little more experience.

Juggling your responsibilities as a line manager can be a challenge, so this course works flexibly to suit your work schedule. You’ll receive an IGD certificate at the end to recognise your success!

You have recently taken your first step into managing others, or you have been a manager for a while but would like a refresher

You have already taken part in our New Manager Skills course – Part 1 and are ready for the next step

This course is designed to be a broad introduction so is suitable for those in any function within the industry
